Shipping and Delivery

The estimated order lead time around 3 business days after payment is processed. Delivery dates provided are estimates and may vary due to factors like order verification or high-demand periods (e.g., holidays).

You can contact support@hanboost.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request changes or cancellation. Once the order is prepared for shipment or has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

A correct shipping address is essential. If the address is incorrect and the package cannot be delivered, we’ll contact you to correct it, and an additional shipping fee will apply for re-shipment. Losses due to incorrect addresses are not covered by our warranty policy.

Free standard shipping is available for select countries on certain orders. However, additional shipping fees may apply for remote areas or countries not covered by free shipping. Check our shipping policy at checkout for details.

Shipping times vary by country. For example:

  • United States: 7-12 days (8-15 days during peak times)
  • Canada/Mexico: 10-15 days (12-20 days during peak times)
  • Japan/Korea: 5-7 days (7-15 days during peak times)
  • Other countries: 12-20 days (15-30 days during peak times).

No, we cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). Please provide a valid residential or business address.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. It may take 2-3 business days for the carrier to update tracking information online. If you don’t receive your order within 3 months, contact us at support@hanboost.com, and we’ll resolve the issue within 24 hours. Overdue requests may not be accepted.

Customs taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations, and these are the customer’s responsibility. Hanboost is not liable for any customs fees. If your package is held at customs, we’ll notify you via email, and you must respond within 24 hours to avoid potential loss of the package.

If the carrier reports an unsuccessful delivery, we’ll email you to arrange redelivery. Please respond promptly to ensure successful delivery.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@hanboost.com to request a return authorization. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

For defective items or orders shipped incorrectly, Hanboost covers return shipping costs. For all other returns, such as personal reasons or accidental orders, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@hanboost.com if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please provide your Order ID and photos or videos of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it promptly.

To request warranty service, email support@hanboost.com with your Order ID, photos or videos of the defect, and proof of purchase. We may require the item’s serial number or additional troubleshooting details. In some cases, the item may need to be returned for quality inspection.

Items that are used, worn, or not in their original packaging with tags cannot be returned unless defective. Additionally, returns claimed as defective but found to be in working condition by our quality control team, or unauthorized returns, will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@hanboost.com for assistance.

Yes, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel or return your order for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
