We are proud to share an important milestone in Hanboost’s journey: the Hanboost T1 Mini Laser Engraver has officially raised more than $1 million on Kickstarter.
The T1 campaign has now come to an end, and the result has exceeded our expectations. What started as an idea for a compact and portable laser engraver has received support from creators, makers, DIY enthusiasts, designers, model builders, and small business owners around the world.
Reaching more than $1 million is not only a major achievement for the T1. It is also a defining milestone for the Hanboost brand.
From a Product Idea to a Global Crowdfunding Success
When we began developing the T1, we wanted to challenge the traditional idea of what a laser engraver should look like.
Many laser engraving machines require a permanent workspace, a large desktop setup, and a constant wall power connection. Our goal was to create something smaller, simpler, and easier to use in everyday creative environments.
The result was the Hanboost T1: a palm-sized mini laser engraver designed around portability and accessibility.
With its compact structure, USB-C power input, and support for power-bank operation, the T1 can be used in workshops, studios, classrooms, craft spaces, exhibitions, and other locations where a conventional desktop machine may not be practical.
Throughout the campaign, the response from the Kickstarter community showed us that many creators were looking for exactly this kind of tool.
More Than a Funding Milestone
Surpassing $1 million means much more to us than reaching a number.
It represents the trust that our backers have placed in Hanboost, our engineering team, and the T1 product concept. It also confirms that compact, well-designed creative tools can serve a much broader community than traditional workshop equipment.
Every pledge, comment, message, suggestion, and shared post helped move the campaign forward.
Many backers also contributed valuable feedback about software compatibility, engraving materials, accessories, alignment tools, portability, safety, and future product improvements. These conversations have helped us better understand how people plan to use the T1 and what they expect from Hanboost.

Built for Creators, Makers, and Small Businesses
The T1 was designed for people who want to personalize objects, create handmade products, test creative ideas, or add laser engraving to an existing workflow without purchasing a large industrial machine.
Its potential users include:

· Model builders and hobbyists

The T1 offers a compact 55 × 55 mm engraving area and supports commonly used creative materials such as wood, leather, paper, cardboard, dark plastics, coated metals, and other suitable surfaces.
Two versions were introduced during the campaign:
· Hanboost T1, equipped with a 500mW laser module
· Hanboost T1 Pro, equipped with a 1.6W laser module
Both versions were developed to provide a balance of portability, usability, and practical engraving performance.
The Next Stage: Production and Fulfillment
Although the Kickstarter campaign has ended, the most important stage of the project is now beginning.
Our team is moving forward with tooling, manufacturing preparation, component procurement, assembly planning, quality control, packaging, and fulfillment.
Because the final order volume was significantly higher than we originally anticipated, we are working closely with our manufacturing partners to expand production capacity while maintaining the quality standards expected from the T1.
We will continue to share project updates throughout the production process, including:

· Production-line preparation
· Product assembly and testing
· Packaging development
· Quality-control procedures
· Shipping and fulfillment updates
Transparency remains one of our priorities. We want our backers to understand how the product is progressing and what is happening behind the scenes as we move toward delivery.

The success of the T1 has also helped us build a larger global community around Hanboost.
We want this community to become more than a place for product announcements. Our goal is to create a space where makers can exchange ideas, share engraving projects, ask technical questions, and inspire one another.
We are also preparing future opportunities to feature projects created by Hanboost users. Selected creators, artists, and small businesses may have their work showcased through our website and community channels.
This will allow T1 users to share what they have made while giving independent creators additional exposure for their stores, profiles, and creative work.
